ACTIVITY
- Assume the representation of shareholders and bondholders.

- Accept the fiduciary title of the same assets.
- Interpose in the exercise of the rights connected to the administered assets.
- Carry out deals on behalf of third parties.
- Act in the incorporation of companies on behalf of third parties.
- Establish syndications of any nature, participate in them and take care of their administration.
- Assume the administration of donations, legacies, assets of the absent.
- Assume the task of executor and provide for hereditary divisions.
- Become the trustee of securities or assets, also on behalf of family management.
- Constitute pledges as third party custodian.
- Purchase credits on behalf of third parties, allowing their tax deduction.
- Be nominated as a tax representative and comply with VAT obligations on behalf of a foreign entity.

Fiduciaria Leonardo is a trust company that performs the functions provided for by Law No. 1966 of 11/23/1939. Fiduciaria Leonardo was authorized to carry out fiduciary activities with DD of 24 March 2003 of the Ministry of Productive Activities, General Directorate for Trade, Insurance and Services, in agreement with the Ministry of Grace and Justice, with number 549992 / SF / 1042 of 24 March 2003. Fiducaria Leonardo is an intermediary authorized to apply the substitute tax on capital gain provisions pursuant to the Decree of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance of 2 June 1998.
