ANDREA MALCHIODI
Graduated in Business Economics at the University of Brescia. He is chartered accountant and statutory auditor, and mainly deals with corporate taxation and tax planning for public and private entities. He sits on numerous boards of directors and boards of statutory auditors of important industrial, sports and public bodies. He also works as a technical consultant for the Court of Brescia.
TOMMASO FRANZINI
Graduated from the University of Brescia, Faculty of Economics and Commerce, with a banking program. He is a chartered accountant and auditor, and mainly deals with corporate and tax law with particular reference to national and international groups and conglomerates. He sits on several boards of directors. He is also an expert in Tax Litigation in the field of direct and indirect taxes as well as technical / legal and tax issues related to Initiatives in the Renewable Energy sector.
