TOMMASO FRANZINI

Graduated from the University of Brescia, Faculty of Economics and Commerce, with a banking program. He is chartered accountant and auditor, and mainly deals with corporate and tax law with particular reference to national and international groups and conglomerates. He sits on several boards of directors. He is also an expert in Tax Litigation in the field of direct and indirect taxes as well as technical / legal and tax issues related to Initiatives in the Renewable Energy sector.

BARBARA MAZZOLINI

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Brescia with specialization in Business Economics and Legislation. She is chartered accountant and mainly deals with corporate and tax law; she is also an expert in bankruptcy law. She has carried out CTU assignments for the Court of Brescia.

MICHELE BOLPAGNI

Labor Consultant registered in the Brescia Register. He deals with human resource management and personnel administration for companies of all sizes and sectors of activity. Expert in complex problems, typical of labor law in the Italian market, such as the conduct of disciplinary procedures and the resolution of individual employment contracts.

EDOARDO LATTUADA

Graduated with full marks at the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan with specialization in Economics and Legislation for business. Third place in the national competition "Degree Thesis of Business Networks" promoted by Confindustria. He is chartered accountant, mainly dealing with corporate and tax law. He is also an expert and passionate about aggregations between companies and non-profit organizations.

PAOLO DE PANDIS

Attorney since 2006, with extensive experience in corporate and insolvency law, providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance to both private individuals and insolvency administrators.

Registered as a manager in the Over-Indebtedness Crisis Resolution Body of the Brescia Bar Association.

Listed as a manager for business crisis management with the Ministry of Justice.

Included in the list of custodians and sales delegates at the Brescia Court.

Registered as an arbitrator with the President of the Brescia Court.

Acts as a liquidator in asset liquidation and controlled liquidation procedures, as well as a trustee in bankruptcy and judicial liquidation procedures pending before the Brescia Court.

He is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.

He specializes in business and tax consulting, M&A transactions, and restructuring activities in cases of corporate crises.

He also provides assistance in extraordinary transactions, due diligence, and valuations.

He serves on numerous Boards of Statutory Auditors and holds the position of Statutory Auditor in several SMEs, as well as being a member of the Supervisory Board for certain companies.
